Code of Professional Conduct

Every agent, broker, developer, and mortgage-banker partner with an iDPi account — anyone who lists property, manages a professional profile, or represents a business on the platform. This Code sits alongside our Terms of Use, which governs the account relationship itself; this page is about day-to-day conduct.

• Listing details — price, size, condition, and every disclosure field — must be truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• Photos must be of the actual property. Don't submit stock photography, a different unit, or another agent's photos as your own.
• Never fabricate a fact iDPi doesn't ask you to disclose. A blank field is honest; a made-up one isn't.

Only apply for a credential, license, or membership verification you actually hold, and only submit documentation that’s genuinely yours. Misrepresenting your license status, agency affiliation, or identity to obtain a verification badge is treated as a serious violation, not an administrative error.

Don’t discriminate against, or encourage discrimination against, any individual or group in connection with housing, in any listing, description, or interaction that begins on iDPi — in line with applicable Indonesian law and our Terms of Use.

Respond to inquiries that come through iDPi in good faith and in a reasonable time. Keep your contact details, agency affiliation, and profile information current — a buyer or renter contacting the person shown on a listing should reach a real, working line to that agent.

• No duplicate or spam listings for the same unit.
• No pricing games designed to trigger a “Reduced” badge that doesn't reflect a genuine change in what you're actually asking.
• No fake, incentivized, or self-submitted reviews of yourself or a competitor.
• No attempt to bypass iDPi's duplicate-photo or duplicate-listing detection.

Contact details a visitor shares with you through iDPi — for an inquiry, a financing request, or otherwise — are shared so you can respond to that person, not to add them to a marketing list or pass them to a third party without their consent.

A violation of this Code can lead to a correction request, listing or photo removal, suspension, or termination of your account, consistent with our Terms of Use. How seriously we treat it depends on the violation — an honest mistake gets a correction request; deliberate misrepresentation doesn’t.
