Report a Listing

How to report a problem listing or agent conduct, what happens after you report it, and how to appeal.

One email address for every report and appeal — reviewed by a real person, not a bot.

Good-faith reports are never held against you.

Disagree with an action taken? You can appeal it.

What to Report

  • Inaccurate or fraudulent listing details — a price, size, or fact that doesn't match reality.
  • Fake, stolen, or reused photos, or photos of the wrong property.
  • A duplicate listing for a unit that already has one.
  • A listing that's expired or off-market but still appears to be showing.
  • Discriminatory language in a listing or description.
  • An agent or partner's conduct that doesn't meet our Code of Professional Conduct.

How to Report

Email trust@ayokaji.com with the listing’s URL, what’s wrong with it, and — if it’s about photos or content — a screenshot if you have one. The more specific you can be, the faster we can act on it.

What Happens Next

An iDPi staff member reviews every report against the listing or account it names. Depending on what we find, that can mean a correction request to the agent, removing a photo or the listing itself, or account-level action under our Code of Professional Conduct. We’re a small team reviewing every report by hand rather than an automated takedown system, so we won’t promise a fixed turnaround time — but every report gets looked at.

Appeals

If you’re an agent or owner and believe an action taken on your listing or account was a mistake, email the same address with “Appeal” in the subject line and your reasoning. Where possible, a master administrator who wasn’t involved in the original decision reviews the appeal.

Good-Faith Reporting

A report made in good faith is never held against you, even if we look into it and the listing turns out to be fine. If you’re not sure whether something is actually a problem, report it anyway and let us make that call.

What This Isn't

This is iDPi’s own moderation channel, not a legal complaint process. If you have a formal consumer dispute, our Terms of Use explain how to bring it to the Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK) or, where necessary, the District Court of Central Jakarta.
